Our cups are top-rack, dishwasher safe, however, putting printed cups in the dishwasher may over time weaken the imprint. We recommend hand washing the cups to preserve the imprint and avoid chipping or peeling for added longevity.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for products that are new and unworn; however custom made products are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
All return items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
For any exchanges, we must receive the returned product before we ship the new item, with return shipping pre-paid.

Shipping charges vary depending on location, weight and time.
Glass orders over 100 lbs. will ship via USPS freight services. Anything less than 100 lbs. will typically go via USPS small package, if product allows. Most apparel orders will ship via USPS ground service.
