1 What are the payment methods offered?

Presently we accept all major credit card payments like Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept payments by Paypal.

2 Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled online.  We begin preparing your order immediately after it is placed. This timeframe makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order; however, we’ll do our very best to support your request. In case of cancellation please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

3 Where’s my order?

To check the status of your order Please refer to your order confirmation email for delivery estimates. If you have any queries, feel free to reach out to us.

4 Can I amend my order?

You can add items to your order until you confirm payment details and complete your order. Once completed you cannot amend your order.

5 Can I get my order delivered to a different address?

Yes! When ordering please specify an alternative address where you want your delivery.

6 Why do I need to create an account and register?

There are many benefits of creating an account and registering. To start with it helps us if we have your details in case we need to contact you about your order. When you register you’re able to view your order history and you can save your addresses for quicker and easier ordering the next time.

7 Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

8 What is the return procedure?

You should return the product with the proof of purchase. We will assess and let you know if you are eligible for a refund. Please note that all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

9 Can I return custom made products?

No! Custom made products are non refundable and non exchangeable.

10 How many days will it take to receive the product once ordered?

Any product you purchase should never take more than 15 days to receive. Our shipping service guarantees our products to reach from 5 to 10 business days.  We value our customers and want you to be satisfied as soon as possible with your merchandise.

11 Do you offer international shipping?
